Places to stay while you’re here
There are not a lot of great hotels here in Portsmouth, but we have a couple of good suggestions!
You can rent a room, or stay in a cabin at Shawnee Lodge. Enjoy their pools, arcade room, outdoor scenery and great restaurant and bar. (Depending on the weather you could rent a canoe or go on a hike!)
If you‘d rather be in town, our Holiday Inn also has a pool, bar and restaurant. It is conveniently located in our downtown area near our flood walls, more restaurants and a couple of other shops and interesting sites!
